Smokeshow BBQ is a Michigan-based catering company supplying Texas-style bbq with a twist to our local bride/grooms, rehearsal dinners, graduates, offices, and much more! Our catering service is known for its five-star service including communication, service, and food! You can count on us to be on top of any questions or concerns you may have and also supply you with the highest quality dinner on your event day! Smokeshow BBQ menu is known for its smoked meats using locally sourced wood, homemade sides and sauces!

CONNOR LONG - OWNER

Owner, Connor Long started up Smokeshow BBQ catering service in May of 2021. In my senior year, I was able to have hands-on experience managing the program’s food truck and directly contributing to numerous catering events we did throughout our community. I graduated from culinary school with several certifications and also with college credits. I then graduated with my associate’s degree in Hospitality Management.
